"I have always been athletically inclined. I played lacrosse and football on the varsity level when I was in high school. However, I have never felt that I was in great shape. I was always very self-conscious about the way I looked, especially come beach season.
East Coast Fighter has helped me push myself to higher standards that I never thought I could achieve. Before I started training here, I was upwards of 200 pounds, at one point weighing myself at a disappointing 227 pounds! However, with the training and discipline that East Coast Fighter has given me, I weighed in to my last fight at 168, a weight that I haven't seen since I was around 14 years old.
