Fitness Kickboxing at ECF is an innovative program, designed and instructed by certified personal trainers, to get you in shape and help you achieve your fitness goals fast, while incorporating techniques of sport kickboxing.
This intense hour will fast-track you to the higher fitness level you're after. Each of our trainers teaches their classes with an original style and design, combining different calisthenics and cardio exercises with bag-work training to elevate your kickboxing skill, all-around strength, and stamina. This is an all-level class, which means anyone can take it, but it will get a great sweat out of even a very fit, athlete or experienced martial artist. Fitness Kickboxing is concluded by an intense core and abdomen workout session, to ensure an all-encompassing workout for your entire body.
Cardio kickboxing combines martial arts, boxing, and aerobics into an excellent workout for muscles large and small, the lungs, and the heart. The class and program has been well-received, and is on the rise in popularity, specifically with individuals seeking to cut fat and develop a toned body.
